Thanksgiving and Christmas are de  the most dangerous times for us. It is where more cardiac deaths occur especially between Christmas and January 7th. For various reasons, we are extremely busy, it can be stressful and one of the main   reasons  is when there are more increases in consumption of cheese, pork, turkey, processed meat, desserts and alcohol. All these foods are dense  in fat, calories, low in fiber and nos  increase the risk of high blood pressure, being overweight, developing insulin resistance and emotional disorders . For example, raising  blood pressure, which can break up cholesterol plaques and cause a clot that can block a blood vessel and trigger a heart attack.

The average person consumes about 7,000 calories on Christmas Day. Our risk of heart attack quadruples, and then the aftermath that lingers after the holidays: extra pounds, increased risk of death, and depression. Avoid putting yourself…
